In a galaxy far far away (well maybe not that far), there was a town that needed a new playground for its children. Luke and Obi Wan are coming to the rescue but they can’t do it without your help. Support the restoration of Winchester’s GINN Playground and let your kids experience the awe and wonder of the original Star Wars – IV A New Hope on the big screen. The star studded event will take place at the Studio Cinema in Belmont. 376 Trapelo Rd. Belmont (10 minute drive) on Friday May 21^st at 3:30. Tickets are $10 per person. You can buy your tickets at the door or via the PayPal link to the right. There will be plenty of tickets available day of the event. Spread the word. May the playground forces be with you.

Our Mission

The Ginn Playground Restoration Project is a collaborative vision among Winchester, MA residents to rebuild Ginn Playground. In addition to having a safe, creative and state-of-the-art park for people of all ages, we want a central playground that best represents everything Winchester has to offer to residents and visitors. We have completed the fundraising phase for the playground and are now waiting for the town to complete the Aberjona River Widening Project. The playground is currently projected to be in place by June 2012 however this timing is contingent on the town completing the river widening project. We appreciate your continued patience and support
